A seasoned Civil Engineer with an MBA and over 35 years of proven leadership in real estate, construction, and project management, Mr. Parveen Sehgal brings an exceptional track record of delivering high-value, complex developments across India. His extensive portfolio includes the successful execution of high-rise residential towers, commercial complexes, retail malls, super-specialty hospitals, townships, embassy buildings, and mixed land-use developments, making him a highly respected name in the industry.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Sehgal has held senior leadership positions with some of the most renowned real estate, project management, and infrastructure groups, including M3M India Pvt. Ltd., Raheja Developers, International Land Developers, Bombay Dyeing Realty, DLF – Laing O’Rourke, Feedback Ventures HSS Integrated, Aerens Gold Souk International, and Devki Devi Hospital. He has consistently led multidisciplinary teams and managed full project lifecycles from conception and planning to execution, delivery, and handover.
His deep understanding of construction technologies, regulatory compliance, cost control, value engineering, vendor management, and client coordination ensures seamless project delivery even under stringent timelines and budgets.
